Your workouts will be done with our expert coaches who will guide you through daily live streamed training sessions that you can do at home with very little or zero equipment.

 

  • BODY TRANSFORMATION PROGRAM

We will be following the same system that we use in the gym with our clients to get incredible results in the next 28 days.

 

  • DEDICATED PERSONAL COACH

You will be assigned to a coach who is on hand daily via our brand-new app to make sure you stay on track and get results without feeling confused or overwhelmed.  They will be checking in on your workouts and nutrition to make sure you are in track.

 

  • WELLNESS CHALLENGES

Every week we will set you one task to complete that will keep you physically/mentally fit and healthy.

 

  • WEEKLY CHECK INS

Where your dedicated personal coach will provide resources and strategies to make sure you’re heading towards your goals.  Using the app we will be able to track your workouts, nutrition and progress with progression photos.  All logged each and every day.

 

  • FLEXIBLE NUTRITION COACHING

As always, we will take a flexible approach to nutrition so you can get results without having to eat boring chicken and broccoli for every meal.

Q & A TO COMMON QUESTIONS

WHEN ARE THE SESSIONS?

We have online coaching sessions available via Zoom at 7am, 9am, 6pm every day plus Saturday mornings at 9.30am. You can book in to whichever sessions suit you best each week.  We will also be providing you with sessions to complete outside if those times if you cannot make all the live workouts.
 

HOW MUCH IS THE CHALLENGE?

The challenge is £85, this includes - a dedicated personal coach, our famous body transformation program, live online coaching sessions, personalised nutritional support, supportive community, weekly check ins and guaranteed results.

WHEN DOES IT START?

We are currently taking on new clients, but once all the spaces are gone they are gone.
 

DO I HAVE TO BE FIT ALREADY?

No, everything is tailored to your current level of strength and fitness. No matter what your starting point is we'll coach you to get fitter, stronger and leaner over the course of the 30 days.
 

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER THE 28 DAYS?

It’s completely your choice. You can carry on as a fully-fledged Paul Cooney Fitness member by choosing the membership option that works best for you or if you decide that isn’t for you, we can part ways.

DO I NEED EQUIPMENT?

No, we will modify all the sessions depending on what you have, so if you have some equipment or none you will be able to take part in all the workouts.
